Cambodia is the poor country under the poor line. Many people are living in difficult situation. So we enjoy working with them to change their difficulty by providing the non-formal education system and additional training to fulfill their abilities, and provide a better
lifestyle for the oldster, woman, and children.
UPR is a private independent NGO registered in Cambodia on 10 August, 2009, and unaffiliated with all political parties through the Ministry of Interior as documented in letter number 1977 according to the law.


Upr focus on human resources, agricultural, agro-industry, rural development country, environment healthy care, and others to
reducing the poverty that provide an opportunity, and increase for their own income and for families to keep a good virtue to whom living with aids/HIV a better life. Recently we working with many students, all those has been gathering from the poor and homeless children by providing the education training for them at Kum Treal commune, Svaychek district, Bonteay Meanchey province since 2007. We want all of our efforts to raise the living standards for these poor families to leave their difficult situation in fields for an easier lifestyle through a non-formal education system. Especially through development on all fronts both domestically and agriculturally in these rural communities that we plan for the future to keep them for self-reliance.
